Refund Policy

Your satisfaction is important to me. Please read the following carefully before making a purchase.

Original Paintings: If, for any reason, you are not completely happy with your original painting, you may return it within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, the painting must be in its original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Refunds will be issued once the painting has been safely received back in my studio.

Damaged in Transit: All original paintings are carefully packaged and fully insured during shipping. If your painting arrives damaged please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the damage and I will work with you to find a resolution.

Lost in Transit In the rare event that a painting is lost in transit please contact me and I will do everything I can to resolve the situation.

Prints: Produced and fulfilled by Redbubble. Please refer to Redbubble's own refund and return policy for all print purchases.
